By signing up as a volunteer:

• You confirm all information you provide is accurate.

• You understand all volunteer work is unpaid and voluntary.

• You consent to receiving communication via email, phone, or SMS regarding campaign updates and volunteer opportunities.

 

The Campaign is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses that occur during volunteer participation.

 

3. Donations & Financial Contributions (Georgia-Specific Compliance)

By contributing to Timothy Brown for Lamar County Sheriff, you affirm that:

• You are a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.

• You are donating your own personal funds.

• You are NOT contributing on behalf of a corporation, business, or another individual unless permitted by Georgia law.

• You are not a foreign national prohibited from contributing.

• Your contribution is voluntary and not exchanged for political favors.

 

All contributions are final and non-refundable unless required by Georgia campaign finance law.

Georgia campaign finance rules require public disclosure of certain donor information, including name, address, occupation, and employer for contributions above statutory thresholds.

 

4. User Content & Communications

When you submit messages, form entries, emails, or other content:

• You grant the Campaign the right to use that content for campaign-related purposes.

• You agree not to submit unlawful, defamatory, or misleading content.

• You acknowledge that your communications may be stored for operational or compliance purposes.

All collected data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
